What’s more, you don’t have to contact all the vendors (unless you want to) – the vendors can also reach out to you through our in-built platform. In fact, you will also receive the quotes through the platform, and complete the booking online, keeping everything in one place. As per our Terms & Conditions, all communication will need to go through BrideBliss. This ensures all communication is in one place and your personal data is safe.

It is important to us that you get quality quotes, which is why we use an intelligent algorithm to match you with the most suitable vendors based on your responses in the questionnaire. On your ‘My Matches’ page you can see your top matches and the match percentage by category.

As few or as many as you like. You will only receive quotes after communicating with a vendor through our in-built platform. You will also receive an email notification when you receive a new quote.

No, you are not obligated to go ahead with any of the quotes that you receive. They are totally non-binding, until you complete the booking and pay online. Our algorithm will match you with the most suitable vendors. You can specify your budget range and how important budget is to you compared to other criteria. You can also adjust the importance of budget later should your requirements change.

We encourage you to communicate with the vendor to resolve any disagreements amicably. Should this prove unsuccessful, you can seek legal advice.

BrideBliss only acts as an intermediary to connect wedding vendors with couples. As per our Terms & Conditions, we do not handle disputes between vendors and couples.
